Remove the paper strip from the adhesive section of the panty liner.

Stick the half of the panty liner onto the inside of your bra covering where your nipple would be. The great thing about using these is that since they are sticky, they do not slip or fall out and can be readjusted.

Dispose of them once they have been used. For just a few dollars, you will end up with at least a month's supply of nursing pads you will never have to wash again.
